LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL POSSIBLE IN THE LATE MORNING AND EARLY AFTERNOON. HIGH IN THE UPPER 60S. SOUTHEAST WIND 10 TO 15 MPH WITH GUSTS TO AROUND 25 MPH. CHANCE OF PRECIPITATION NEAR 100 PERCENT.
