The fog will be locally dense at times with visibility dropping below one half mile at times. Patchy dense fog has developed across portions of southwest Iowa this morning with visibilities being restricted to a half mile or less. As of 3:45 AM, visibilities of a quarter mile or less were
being reported at Clarinda, Harlan, and Shenandoah. Conditions are expected to improve by 8 or 9 AM.
