EVEN THOUGH PRECIPITATION AMOUNTS WERE AND WILL BE QUITE LIGHT…MORNING MOTORISTS SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR SCATTERED SLICK SPOTS WITH AIR AND ROAD SURFACE TEMPERATURES CONTINUING TO DROP FURTHER BELOW THE FREEZING MARK.
