Todd Hambly, of Swaledale, was arrested and charged following a lengthy investigation that began on May 21st 2013,  when the Guthrie County Sheriffs Office was contacted by the Cerro Gordo County Sheriffs Office after a break in at McAlister & Sons at 1924 Hwy 141, Bayard.
