The Iowa High School Athletic Association has released the postseason boys basketball playoff brackets and substate sites for Classes 1A and 2A on Thursday.

Class 1A first round pigtail games will be played on February 12th with tip times set for 7:00pm. Local teams playing in first round games include: Orient-Macksburg @ Essex in District 13 Substate 8. Heartland Christian @ Riverside in District 14 Substate 7. Paton-Churdan @ Glidden-Ralston in District 15 Substate 8.

Class 1A Quarterfinal games will be played on February 15th with most being doubleheaders at one site. Those matchups are listed below:
