* TIMING…EXPECT LIGHT FREEZING DRIZZLE WILL DEVELOP BY EARLY EVENING.

* MAIN IMPACT…THE FREEZING DRIZZLE WILL CAUSE TRAVEL

DIFFICULTIES. BE PREPARED FOR SLIPPERY ROADS AND USE CAUTION WHILE DRIVING.

Thursday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 13. Wind chill values as low as 5. South southwest wind around 8 mph.

4 inches in Bedford; 3.8-inches near Jamaica; 3.1 inches near Bagley; 3.5 inches in Creston; 3.4 inches in Atlantic (at KJAN); 3 inches in Massena; 2.5 inches in Guthrie Center; 2.4 inches in Carroll; 2 inches in Audubon & Denison; 1.8 inches in Manning.

Other reports to the media indicate: 4-inches in Shenandoah, Hamburg & Clarinda; 2.75-inches near Avoca.

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN OMAHA/VALLEY HAS CANCELLED THE WIND CHILL ADVISORY. WIND CHILL VALUES WILL CONTINUE TO RANGE FROM 10 TO 15 BELOW ZERO THROUGH THE MORNING…BUT VALUES OF 20 BELOW ZERO ARE NO LONGER EXPECTED…THUS THE WIND CHILL ADVISORY HAS BEEN CANCELLED.
