Southwest Valley Girls Wrestling Wraps Up Successful Season

The Southwest Valley Girls Wrestling season is officially over. They sent one wrestler to state in SR Kenzie Maeder, who finished 5th in the 145 division at the state tournament. The Timberwolves were a uniquely built team, only wrestling with two upperclassmen this season. Despite being a young team, Head Coach Derek Maeder is very happy with how his team performed in 2025-26.
With so many underclassmen, the upperclassmen on the team had to step up as leaders:
