A late season surge continues for the Northern Iowa men. The Panthers put the game away with a late 16-1 run and won at Indiana State 81-60. It was their fifth win in the last six games. Will Hornseth led the way with 18 points. Ben Schwieger had 17 points, including five-of-six from three point range.

The Panthers scored 45 points and shot nearly 61 percent in the second half.

The Panthers trailed by seven midway through the opening half and coach Ben Jacobson says they turned the game around with defense.

The Panthers improve to 10-7 in Missouri Valley Conference play.
