(Creston, IA) – The Creston Police Department reports the arrest Monday morning on a felony drug charge, of 60-year-old Deborah Lynn Graham, of Creston. Graham was taken into custody a little before 11-a.m. at the intersection of W. Union and New York Ave. She was charged with Possession of A Controlled Substance – 3^rd or Subsequent Offense (FELD). Graham was taken to the Union County Jail, and later posted a $5,000 cash or surety bond, before being released.
