BILL MAINS, 81, of rural Redfield, died Sunday, February 8, 2026, at his home.  Funeral services for BILL MAINS will be held 10:30-a.m. Saturday, Feb. 14, 2026, at the Lamb Funeral Home in Greenfield.

The family will greet friends on Friday, February 13, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Lamb Funeral Home in Greenfield.

Burial is  in the Monteith Cemetery, rural Guthrie County.  A luncheon will follow the burial at the Community Building in Menlo. 

Memorials:  May be made to the Bill Mains Memorial Fund to be established by the family at a later date.

His wife – Barb Mains.

His son – Bryan Mains, of Redfield.

His daughter – Brenda (Jerry) Meisenheimer, of Greenfield.

His sisters – Marilyn (Paul) Jones, of Menlo, and Patsy (Neil) Evans, of Earlham.

His brothers – Chuck (Cindy) Mains, and Kevin (Lisa) Mains, all of Redfield, and Doug Mains, of Dexter.

6 grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
