January 22nd, 2026 by Ric Hanson
The ninth ranked Iowa State men return to the road in Big 12 play on Saturday with a visit to Oklahoma State. The Cyclones bounced back from road losses to Kansas and Cincinnati with a lopsided win at home over Central Florida on Tuesday night.
That’s ISU coach T.J. Otzelberger, who says it is important for his team to set the tone from a physical standpoint.
The Cyclones are 4-2 in the Big 12 and beat the Cowboys 83-71 back on January 10th in Hilton Coliseum.
That’s senior guard Tamin Lipsey, who says Oklahoma State is always a tough matchup. The Cowboys beat the Cyclones in Stillwater last season.
Oklahoma State is 2-4 in the Big 12.
