The Riverside Bulldogs put together a complete and dominate performance as they defeated the AHSTW Vikings 74-50 in Avoca Tuesday night. The Bulldogs flew out of the gate with a 13-2 run. They would never trail. Outside shooting was one of the biggest differences in the game. The Bulldogs hit eight three points throughout the course of the game, five of which came in the first half. The other difference maker was the performance Peyton Amdor whose fantastic effort saw him put up 29 points. All in all, Riverside did everything they needed to do to win. They moved the ball well, rebounded well, shot well and played solid defense as the left Avoca with their third win of the season.

Head coach Nick Kroon was extremely impressed with his leading scorer saying it was a top tier effort.

However, it takes more than a single player to win the game, and Kroon was happy with the overall team performance.

Especially when it came to guys stepping up on defense.

The Bulldogs still have two games left before the holiday break and Kroon says a tough mentality will be vital.
