The Iowa men raced out to a 52-16 lead at halftime and beat Western Michigan 91-51 in Carver-Hawkeye Arena.

That’s Iowa coach Ben McCollum. The Hawkeyes limited Western Michigan to less than 21 percent shooting in the opening half and less than 30 percent for the game.

McCollum is still working to get fans back to Carver-Hawkeye Arena. Sunday’s game only drew a little over ten thousand 300 fans.

The Hawkeyes improve to 9-2.
