KENNETH JOHN BLOCK, 50, of Atlantic, died Saturday, November 22, 2025, at his home in Atlantic under hospice care. A Memorial service for KEN BLOCK will be 11-a.m. held Wednesday, Dec. 3rd (2025), at the Schmidt Family Funeral Home in Atlantic.

A reception will follow the service in the funeral home’s community room.

A visitation will be held at the funeral home from 10-until 11-a.m., Wednesday.

His wife – Jeni Block, of Atlantic.

His daughter  – Courtney Smith, of Calhan, CO.

His sons – Austin Block, of Fort Dodge, and Quentin Block, of Ames.

His step-children: Shelbi Williamson, Colton Williamson (& Cassidy Coenen), Rowen Williamson, and Destiny Andersen, all of Atlantic.

His mother – Sharon Block, of Marshalltown.

His brother – Mike (Emily) Block, of Marshalltown.

9 grandchildren; his paternal grandmother, Donna Block of Richland Center, Wl; and other relatives.
