4 arrested on separate charges Tuesday, in Creston

(Creston, IA) – Officials with the Creston Police Department report four people were arrested on separate charges, Tuesday (Nov. 11th):

  • 49-year-old Jeremiah Lee David Parcher, of Lorimor, was arrested at the Creston/Union County Law Enforcement Center, on multiple outstanding warrants for failure to appear. The original charges included Driving While Barred, Eluding (speed 25 mph over the limit, second or subsequent offense), and Domestic Abuse Assault – Display or Use of a Weapon (1st offense). Parcher was transported to the Union County Jail and held without bond until seen by a judge.
  • 45-year-old Johnnie Todd Lovell, of Creston, was arrested Tuesday afternoon in Creston, for Driving While Barred. Lovell was transported to the Union County Jail and posted a $2,000 cash or surety bond before being released.
  • Tuesday evening, Creston Police arrested 31-year-old Tyler Wayne Kimball, of Creston. He was arrested on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of Domestic Abuse Assault. In addition, authorities say Kimball was charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was also cited in court for allowing an Animal to run at-Large. Kimball was transported to the Union County Jail and held without bond until seen by a judge. And,
  • Late Tuesday night, 53-year-old Jason Kelley Frazier, of Creston, was arrested at his residence for Domestic Abuse Assault/1st Offense – Causing Bodily Injury. He was transported to and held at the Union County Jail without bond, until seen by a judge.
