Norwalk man killed in a UTV crash, Saturday

(Winterset, Iowa) – The Madison County Sheriff’s Office said today (Saturday) on social media, a Warren County man died early Saturday morning, following a UTV accident. Shortly after 12-a.m. Saturday, the Madison County Sheriff’s Office received a 911 call reporting a UTV crash with injuries at the intersection of Quarry Trail & Quailridge Ave six miles northeast of Winterset.
First Responders identified the driver as 19-year-old Harlan Tomlinson III, of Norwalk. Tomlinson was killed when the UTV he was operating entered the ditch and rolled. An investigation is on-going into the crash.
Assisting the Madison County Sheriff’s Office at the scene was the Madison County Ambulance, Winterset Fire Department and the Madison County Medical Examiner’s Office.
