FRANCES ELAINE ROLLINS, 92, of Oakland, died Wednesday, October 15, 2025, at her home in Oakland. Funeral services for FRANCES ROLLINS will be held on Monday, October 20, 2025, at 11-a.m., at the Oakland Christian Church in Oakland. Rieken Vieth Funeral Home in Oakland is assisting the family with arrangements.

Visitation with the family will be held one hour prior to the funeral service.

Interment will be in the Oaklawn Cemetery.

Her son – Monty (Lisa) Rollins, of Oakland.

Her daughters – April (Randy) Mohr, of Council Bluffs, and Jill Herbert, of Carson.

7 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; other relatives, and friends.
