IOWA CITY, Iowa – The University of Iowa rowing 2025-26 schedule has been released by head coach Jeff Garbutt.

The Hawkeyes will open the season both at home and on the road. Hosting the Iowa Chase, Nov. 1 on the Iowa River, and traveling to Lake Carnegie for the Princeton Chase, Nov. 2.

Iowa competed in nine competitions throughout the fall and spring seasons. The Hawkeyes return six seniors, 11 juniors, and 25 sophomores.

Iowa grew its international class over the off-season to 14 with the addition of three new international athletes.

The Hawkeyes look to continue to build off last season, tailing nine outright victories. Finishing 10th at the Big Ten Championship, with three boats finishing above their seed, the Hawkeyes are excited to get back to work at Beckwith Boathouse. Iowa had three All-Big Ten honorees last season including Orla Cuffe (First Team), Natalie Maher (Sportsmanship Award), and Mia Lawrence (All-Freshman).
