(Red Oak, Iowa) – Police in Red Oak, this (Friday) morning, arrested a man on an OWI charge. Authorities say 41-year-old William Christopher Suggs, of Red Oak, was charged with OWI/1^st Offense. Suggs was transported to the Montgomery County Jail and held on a $1,000 bond.
