Iowa Speedway president Eric Peterson is confident the NASCAR Cup Series will return next year. A sold out crowd watched as William Byron won Sunday’s Iowa Corn 350, the second straight year the cup race sold out.

The three days of racing featured large crowds and Saturday’s Xfinity Series race nearly sold out.

The second year of hosting the cup series featured a series of infield concerts to help add to the fan experience.
