The Exira-EHK Football team is looking to get back on track after a 3-6 2025 season. Head Coach Drew Buckholdt says it has been a great summer for the Spartans.

For the Spartans, it’s about getting better and better each and every day.

Buckholdt says the work ethic and dedication to improvement has been substantial.

Exira-EHK lost five starters on offense in the offseason, but Quarterback Bryce Brabham returns for his senior season after throwing for seven touchdown passes and running for over 1,100 yards in 2024. Alongside, Brabham are a few more impactful seniors.

Kilworth was a utility playmaker for Exira-EHK ranking second in receiving yards racking in 227 yards and catching four touchdown passes. Buckholdt says these players are completely focused on their preparation for their week zero matchup and playing cleaner football.

The Spartans will travel to Sidney Friday to open up the 2025 season.
