(Creston, Iowa) – Creston Police, late Thursday morning, arrested a man wanted on two Union County warrants. 39-year-old James Alan Davis, of Creston, was also arrested at the Creston Police Department, on a charge of Harassment in the 1st Degree. The warrants charge Davis with: six-counts of Stalking; five-counts of Harassment in the 1st Degree; three-counts of Harassment by Communication, and one-count of Extortion.
