IOWA CITY, Iowa — University of Iowa sixth-year senior Logan Jones has been named a 2025 Walter Camp Preseason Second-Team All-American, it was announced Tuesday by the Walter Camp Foundation.

The Hawkeyes had two Walter Camp All-Americans in 2024 (Jay Higgins and Kaleb Johnson) and the program has had at least one Walter Camp All-American in each of the last 11 years (dating back to 2014).

Jones, who started 12 games as a junior, was a first-team all-conference selection and Phil Steele honorable mention All-American in 2024. The native of Council Bluffs, Iowa, anchored the middle of the Hawkeye offensive line that was recognized as a semifinalist for the 2024 Joe Moore Award. The unit allowed just 17 sacks and helped Iowa rush for 2,564 yards, the most since 2002.

The Hawkeyes open the 2025 season Aug. 30, hosting UAlbany at 5 p.m. (CT) inside Kinnick Stadium.
