The field for next week’s John Deere Classic will be set this week after the Rocket Classic in Detroit. JDC tournament director Andrew Lehman says players have until the end of tomorrow’s second round in Detroit to enter the field.

The only thing that could change that is if a players qualifies for the John Deere Classic by finishing in the top ten in Detroit.

Clanton used the exemption and it helped him become a member of the PGA Tour.

The John Deere Classic is July third through the sixth.
