May 19th, 2025 by Ric Hanson
NASCAR driver Josh Berry feels a top 10 finish at the Iowa Corn 350 helped him land a new ride. Berry finish seventh in the race last June while competing for the Stewart-Haas team had announced it was closing up shop. Less that two weeks later, Berry signed to race this season for the Wood Brothers team.
Berry is looking forward to the cup series retiring in August.
Berry notched a career changing win in March when he earned his first cup series in in Las Vegas.
Berry says it also served to raise the expectations.
Berry is currently 16th in the cup series standings after a 17th place finish in Sunday night’s All Star race.
The Iowa Corn 350 is August third.
