ERIK C. JORGENSEN, 45, of Fort Collins, CO., died February 11, 2025, at his home. Celebration of Life services for ERIK JORGENSEN will be held 11-a.m. May 17, 2025, at 16 Oaks, in Fontanelle. Lamb Funeral Home in Fontanelle is assisting the family.

The family will greet friends at 16 Oak on May 17th, from 10-until 11-a.m.

Burial is in the Fontanelle Cemetery.  A luncheon will be held at 16 Oaks following the burial. 

Memorials may be directed to the Erik C. Jorgensen Memorial Fund to be established by the family at a later date.

ERIK JORGENSEN is survived by:

His children – Samuel and Edasen.

His parents – Dan (Christi) Jorgensen, and Dale (Greg) Miller Dunlap.

His grandmother – Shirley Eshelmann,
