JOLENE KAY BROTHERSON, 83, of Avoca, died Saturday, April 19, 2025, at Methodist Hospital. A Mass of Christian Burial for JOLENE BROTHERSON will be held 11-a.m. Wednesday, April 23, 2025, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Avoca. Pauley-Jones Funeral Home in Avoca has the arrangements.

The family will greet friends at St. Mary’s Catholic Church on Tuesday, from 5-until 7-p.m., with a Rosary at 4-p.m.

Burial is in the Graceland Cemetery at Avoca.

Her husband – Leon Brotherson, of Avoca.

Her daughters – Shelly Henderson (Shawn Peters), of Glenwood,and Tina (Dan) Roth, of Wall Lake.

Her son – Dirk Brotherson, of Avoca.

Her sisters – Karen Wettengel, of Council Bluffs; Linda (Alvin) Greve, of Vail, and Carmen (Joe) Cogan of Omaha, NE.

10 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; Sisters-in-law, Janice Snyder of Wall Lake, & Corrine Snyder of Davis, OK.
