HARRIETT ETTA NASSIFF, 86, of Ankeny (formerly of Griswold & Sioux City), died Sunday, April 13, 2025. A Memorial Service for HARRIETT NASSIFF will be held 10:30-a.m. Wednesday, April 16, 2025, at the First Church of Christ in Ankeny (310 NW Ash Dr.). Memorial services of Iowa is in charge of the arrangements.

Visitation at the First Church of Christ in Ankeny at from 9:30-until 10:30-a.m., Wednesday. A luncheon, featuring Harriett’s favorite vanilla ice cream, will be served by the church.

Burial will take place 1-p.m. Friday, April 18, at Memorial Park Cemetery in Sioux City, Iowa.

Memorials in Harriett’s honor may be given to Deaf Missions in Council Bluffs, Iowa.

Her daughters – Kim (Jeff) Westphal, of Casey, and Tamara (David) Nassiff, of Ankeny.

Her step-daughters: Karen (Greg) Miller, of Sioux City, Iowa, and Kathy (Matt) Wentz. of Le Mars.

Her brother – Fred Cahhal, of Des Moines.

Her sisters – Madeline Cahhal, and Belva Hall, both of Des Moines.

17 grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, and her daughter-in-law, Kay Petersen, of Essex.
