SEPTEMBER M. NEE, 45, of Defiance, died Dec. 24, 2024, at home. A Celebration of Life service for SEPTEMBER NEE will be held at Noon on Saturday, March 30, 2025, at Club 1912 in Portsmouth. Pauley-Jones Funeral Home in Harlan has the arrangements.
