(Red Oak, Iowa)- A man from Red Oak man was arrested on three charges Saturday afternoon. According to Red Oak Police, 25-year-old Jacob David Berggren was taken into custody at around 2-p.m., on two counts of possession of a controlled substance/3rd offense, and operating [a vehicle]  without the owner’s consent.

His arrest occurred in the 600 block of Skyline Drive, in Red Oak. Berggren was being held in the Montgomery County Jail on a $5,000 bond.
