PATTI JAYNE BISSELL, 65, of Atlantic, died Tuesday, February 18, 2025, at Bergan Mercy Hospital in Omaha, NE. Public visitation with the family of PATTY BISSELL will be held on Friday, Feb. 21st, from 5-until 7-p.m. at the Schmidt Family Funeral Home in Atlantic, with a Memorial Service at the funeral home on Saturday, Feb. 22nd, beginning at 10-a.m.

A visitation will be available with the family one hour before the service on Saturday, prior to the memorial service.

Following the memorial service, the committal will take place at Atlantic Cemetery. A luncheon will be held after the committal in the community room of the Schmidt Family Funeral Home.

Memorials may be directed to the Patti Bissell Family; they will be designated later in memory of her. Memorials may be mailed to the Schmidt Family Funeral Home P.O. Box 523, Atlantic, IA 50022.

PATTY BISSELL is survived by her children:

Jackson (Brooke) Bissell, of Massena; and Sammi (Tyler), Wangsness, of Ankeny.

Her sister – Nancy Herbert, of Marshalltown.

Her brother – Joe (Julie) Herbert, of Atlantic.

2 grandchildren, as well as her nephew and his family.
