JAMES “Jim” ARTHUR FRAMPTON, 74, of Audubon, died Saturday, January 25, 2025, at Audubon County Hospital in Audubon. Funeral services for JIM FRAMPTON will be held at 10-a.m. on Thursday, January 30, 2025, at the First United Methodist Church in Audubon. Schmidt Family Funeral Home of Audubon has the arrangements.

Public visitation with the family present will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday, Jan. 29th, from 5-until 7-p.m.

Following the service on Thursday, burial will take place in the Maple Grove Cemetery in Audubon. A luncheon will be held following the burial in the Fellowship Hall of the First United Methodist Church in Audubon.

Memorials can be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital in memory of Jim and left or mailed to the Schmidt Family Funeral Home at PO Box 201 – Audubon, IA, in care of the family.

His daughters – Bridget (Pat) Obermeier, and Rene Rustvold (and her significant other JR Paulsen), all of Audubon; and Rachel (Dennis) Riesberg of Keystone, NE.

His son – Justin (Dani) Frampton, of Grimes.

His brother – Graig (Cindy) Frampton, of Mobile, AL.

His sister – Dixie (Jim) Nelson, of Manilla (IA).

11 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren other relatives and many friends.
