JACK O. MESSENGER, 89, of Avoca, died Jan. 4th, 2025, at Elm Crest Senior Living Harlan. Following a private burial, the family of JACK MESSENGER welcomes friends and relatives to join them for a luncheon at Noon on Saturday, January 11, 2025. The luncheon will be held at the Altamont Baptist Church, five miles southeast of Corley (Iowa). Roland Funeral Home in Atlantic is assisting the family.

Memorials may be made to the Altamont Baptist Church.

His  son – Dennis (Jeri) Messenger, of West Des Moines.

His daughter – Judy (John) Pixley, of Honey Creek.

3 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren.
