FRANCES EVA ANASTASI, 94, of Harlan, died Sunday, Jan. 5, 2025, at the Elm Crest Retirement Community in Harlan. A Mass of Christian Burial for FRANCES ANASTASI will be held 11-a.m. Saturday, Jan. 11, 2025, at St. Mary Our Lady of Fatima in Portsmouth. Pauley-Jones Funeral Home in Harlan has the arrangements.

Visitation will be held at St. Mary Our Lady of Fatima in Portsmouth, from 9-a.m. until 11-a.m., Saturday.

Burial is in the St. Mary’s Cemetery at Portsmouth.

Her husband – Ray Anastasi, of Harlan.

Her daughters – Carolyn Foutch, of Portsmouth; Janice Bonds, and Patricia (Tom) Sondag, all of Harlan; Shirley (Dan) Richards of La Vista, NE.

Her son – Duane Anastasi, of Klamath Falls, OR.

Her sister – Theresa Blum, of Harlan.
