DONNETTA PERKINS, 65, of Council Bluffs (Oakland HS Class of ’77), died Thursday, Jan. 2, 2025, at home. A Celebration of Life visitation for DONNETTA PERKINS will be held Sunday, Jan. 12th, from 1-until 5-p.m., at the Oakland Community Building. Rieken-Vieth Funeral Home in Oakland has the arrangements.

Memorials are suggested to the Children’s Nebraska Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.

Her husband – David Perkins.

Her children – Abigail Perkins and husband David White of Council Bluffs, and Jennifer (Christopher) McInroy, of Council Bluffs.

Her sisters – Donna (Jeff) Bartlett, of Oakland, Deb (Jon) Jamison, of Perry, and Donna (Jesse) Lahr, of Laurie, MO.

4 grandchildren; her in-laws, other relatives and friends.
