(Glenwood, Iowa) – The Glenwood Police Department says a man was arrested Thursday on drug and burglary charges. 59-year-old Ralph Springs, of Glenwood, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance/3rd offense, and Attempted Burglary/3rd offense. Springs’ bond was set at $6,000.
