The Lewis Central Titans showed why they’re undefeated in Hawkeye Ten play tonight. Winning 11-0 in Atlantic. They held the Trojans to just 1 hit, while grabbing 13 of their own. The Titans also hit 4 homeruns to bombard the Trojans at home. The Titans managed to score at least 1 run in every inning, but the first. The Trojans got close in the 4th when they had the bases loaded but had two consecutive strikeouts to end the inning.

While the ending was far from what Coach Schelling was hoping for. He focused on his team’s tenacity and toughness.

The schedule does ease up for the Trojans in the next few weeks and Coach Schelling plans to take advantage of this time.
