JOHN EDGAR “Shorty” KOENIG, 66, of Oklahoma City, OK, (A native of Griswold) died May 28, 2023 in Oklahoma City. A Memorial Service for JOHN “SHORTY” KOENIG, will be held 2-p.m. Saturday, June 24, 2023, at the Griswold Community Bldg. Rieken-Duhn Funeral Home in Griswold is assisting the family.

Visitation with the family will be one hour prior to the memorial service.

Interment will be at Noble Center Cemetery at a later date.

Memorials are suggested to the family.

His sisters –  Dianna (Corey) Butcher, of State Center, and Janet Huff, of Urbandale.

His brother – Dale (Joy) Koenig, of Knoxville
