UNI lost to San Francisco 75-69 on Monday at the Hall of Fame Classic at the T-Mobile Center in Kansas City.

The Panthers jumped out to a 43-32 lead at half but were outscored 43-26 the rest of the way. James Betz had 19 points but fouled out late in the game. Bowen Born tallied 16 points, 6 rebounds, and 5 assists in the loss.

UNI falls to 1-2 on the season. They’ll be back in action on Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. against Grand Canyon on CBS Sports Network. Wichita State defeated Grand Canyon 55-43 in the other contest on Monday.
