The St. Louis Cardinals started their road set with a 7-1 win over the San Francisco Giants on Thursday night.

The Cardinals pounded out 12 hits in the game and were led by Tommy Edman with three hits and 3 RBI. Tyler O’Neill had two hits and two RBI. Yadier Molina had two hits of his own.

Miles Mikolas went 5 2/3 innings, allowing just one run on seven hits. The Cardinals improved to 15-10 and the Giants fall to 14-11.
