(Red Oak, Iowa) – Police in Red Oak report the arrest Sunday night, of 60-year-old Jeffrey Richard Pape, from Emerson.  Pape was taken into custody at around 9:34-p.m., in the 1700 block of 200th Street. He was transported to the Montgomery County Jail and held on a $491 bond.
