(Iowa City, Iowa) – The Iowa Department of Corrections, Sunday, said an inmate serving a 10-year prison sentence for Sex Abuse in the 3rd Degree, died last week. 75-year-old Lloyd Harlan Schlumbaum died March 23rd at the U-Of-I Hospitals and Clinics. His death was listed as being from natural causes. Schlumbaum was serving the sentence from out of Sioux County that began April 25, 2018.
