Tremell Murphy hit one of two free throws with four seconds left and Missouri State missed a three at the buzzer sending Drake to the Missouri Valley Conference Tournament Championship with a 79-78 overtime win over the Bears.

Tucker DeVries had 23 points three rebounds and three assists. Roman Penn finished with 19 points and seven rebounds. Murphy added 15 points and seven boards, and Garrett sturtz also added 13 points and eight rebounds.

Drake improved to 24-9 on the season and they advance to take on the Loyola Ramblers in the MVC Championship on Sunday.
