The Drake Bulldogs grabbed a 71-65 win at Valparaiso on Wednesday night. DJ Wilkins posted 17 points to lead the Bulldogs to their 22nd win of the year.

ShanQuan Hemphill added 13 points and 8 rebounds for the Dogs. Drake led by two at half and did enough in the second to secure the win.

Drake improved to 22-9 on the season and 13-5 in the Valley.

Next up for the Bulldogs is a home game against Southern Illinois on Saturday at 3:00 p.m.
