The Cass County Sheriff’s Office has released information on four recent arrests.

On September 24th Cass County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 29-year-old Anthony Rey Asay of Atlantic for public intoxication. Asay was taken to Cass County Jail and later released on his own recognizance.

On September 27th, Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested 52-year-old Richard Dean Fineran of Atlantic on a Cass County warrant for violation of probation.  Fineran was transported to Cass County Jail and was later released on his own recognizance.

On September 28th Cass County Sheriff’s Officials arrested 19-year-old Seth William Max Stephenson of Wiota on a Cass County warrant for violation of probation.  Stephenson was transported to Cass County Jail where he later posted bond.

Also on September 28th, Cass County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 29-year-old Brian Richard Rodriguez of Bettendorf on a Cass County warrant for failure to appear.  Rodridguez was transported from Scott County Jail to Cass County Jail where was later sentenced and released.
