The Red Oak Police Department reports the arrest of a Red Oak man Tuesday evening. At 7:37 p.m. Officers arrested 49-year-old Floyd Raymond Henry II in the 100 block of West Prospect Street. on a valid Warrant for Failure to Appear for Initial Appearance on the original charge of Driving While License Denied or Revoked for OWI. He was taken to the Montgomery County Jail and held on $2,000 cash only bond.
