The Creston Police Department reports a Red Oak woman, 44-year-old Kari Lynn Wilkinson, was arrested late Thursday morning, for Theft in the 5th Degree. Wilkinson was cited at the scene, and released on a Promise to Appear in court. And, a man residing in the 500 block of S. Levy Street, in Creston, told authorities Thursday afternoon, that his vehicle had been vandalized, with profanity written on it in paint or chalk. The damage was estimated at $50.
