(Atlantic, Iowa) – The Atlantic Chamber Ambassadors were hosted by Jill & Darrin Munch of Bearings Plus, on Thursday, September 16th, 2021. The Ambassadors joined the husband & wife in celebrating the opening of the parts store located at 510 East 3rd Street in Atlantic.

Darrin Munch has been in the business of replacements parts for many years in the Audubon County area but recognized a need further south. Darrin purchased the building and after some remodeling and building the inventory, he was able to officially open his doors in August. The store in currently open Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM, but Darrin anticipates expanding his hours to accommodate the ag community during harvest.

Bearings plus specializes in agriculture, commercial, and industrial replacement parts purchased straight from the manufacturer, which allows the business to pass along savings to the customer. Bearings Plus strives to have high-quality bearings, belts, chains, pulleys, seals, etc. on hand to get the customer back up and running with the shortest down time as possible.
