Trial date set for Audubon man accused of Manning break-in

(Carroll, Iowa) – The trial for an Audubon man charged in a Manning break-in last month, will take place in Carroll County District Court on Oct. 19th. Court records show that 25-year-old Zeth Lee Petersen filed not guilty pleas to six felony counts. His pretrial conference will be held Thursday, Oct. 14th. Petersen is accused of entering the Manning Service Center during the early morning hours of July 23rd.

He allegedly stole tools and a vehicle along with damaging the interior of the business. Petersen faces a combined maximum penalty of up to 35 years in prison and nearly $50,000 in fines if he is found guilty of all charges.
