A traffic stop at around 4:15-a.m. today (Monday, 8/30) in Red Oak, resulted in an arrest. Police in Red Oak report 58-year-old Rogelio Hernandez, of Red Oak, was taken into custody for Driving while Barred. He was transported to the Montgomery County Jail, and held on a $2,000 bond.
